1. DCGF series filling machine, bottling machine, filling plant, filling system are perfectly designed and used in the CSD (Carbonated Soft Drink) beverage filling productions, such as coke, beer, and also can fill the non carbonated liquid beverage.
2. Suitable to filling bottles made of polyester and plastics, and it can be changed to vacuum filling machine which fill glass bottles for alcohol.
3. Rinsing filling and capping processing are combined into one machine.
4. The whole process is full-automatic working, control by PLC, and with Touch-screen operate panel
5. The handle of the machine can be freely and conveniently turned to adjust the machine to fill various types of bottles.
6. The filling operation is faster and more stable because the new type micro pressure filling system is adopted.
7. The transducer is adopting in the bottle-entering chains to adjust speeds and make the bottles move steadily.
8. The bottling system of the machine is made of stainless steel. It has advantages of compact structure, complete control system, convenient operation, high automation and low labor strength
